The Super NES Soundtrack Vs The Arcade: Was it flawless?

Did Konami do a great job on the Super NES music to the arcade hit?
A sequel to the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game, it is a scrolling beat 'em up type game based mainly on the 1987 TMNT animated series. Originally an arcade game, Turtles in Time was ported to the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1992 under the title Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time, continuing the numbering from the earlier Turtles games released on the original NES. That same year, a game that borrowed many elements, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist, was released for the Sega Genesis.

That SNES twang or twarmp instrument is where its all. The same sound system Konami used with Sunset Riders as well. Did such a better job on both games on the snes vs the arcade.

The SNES version was pretty good. It was a valiant, faithful effort but the YM2151 arcade soundtrack is undefeated. The leads, basslines, drums and orchestral hits were just on another level.
Ueko Harumi did a phenomenal job with composing both versions' music. She is one of my favorite musicians of all time.

Yep the Arcade was amazing. Konami just had some of the best composers of all time.

Damn which level is that? Isn’t that the Starbase soundtrack. Man I am sorry. I got all the tracks from a well known play that has all the video game music.
